Welcome to the Messner Mountain Museum photo competition: Your perspective counts!

We are thrilled to announce the winners of our photography competition!

We received an impressive 417 submissions, showcasing a wide range of creativity and enthusiasm. The jury had a tough time choosing the winners. On 5 December 2025, the jurors gathered at the Chamber of Commerce to select the best images. After much discussion and consideration, the three winners were finally chosen. The selection was made with great care and passion.

During the winter break, these fantastic images will be printed and incorporated into our museum tour. This gives you the chance to experience the winning works in a new setting soon! The grand opening of our mini-exhibition is planned for spring 2026. Keep an eye out for a separate invitation with all the event details!
