On 31 July, MMM Firmian will open a different entrance to the museum. Not through texts or images, but through dishes that unfold along the architecture and the thematic spaces. Each tower and each area becomes its own station. What is usually viewed is translated here into another form: into enjoyment and shared experience.
There will be six culinary stations, each dedicated to a different area of the castle. Each station will present a dish from various parts of the world, thematically matching the respective museum area.
